Job summary

Cardinal Group Career is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver exceptional customer service and support occupancy goals. You will learn the Cardinal Way of Leasing, greet prospects, present the community, process applications, and assist with events and daily operations.

The role requires enrollment in a degree program, a minimum 2.5 GPA, and availability to work ~20 hours weekly including evenings and weekends. On-site position at a Cardinal community in Florida.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year of college/university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; annual verification.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform front desk administrative tasks.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients and present community and apartments.
• Process lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain tour path cleanliness and professional demeanor.
• Assist with planning community events and special projects.
• Be available for on-call duties, evenings, and weekends.
