Cardinal Group Career seeks a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) at College Station, TX. This on-site role offers hands-on leasing, front desk operations, and customer service for residential communities.

You will learn Cardinal Way of Leasing, complete applications, and participate in events. Requirements include high school diploma, enrollment in a degree program, GPA 2.5+, and availability ~20 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrollment in a degree program with minimum 6 credits.
• Must have completed at least one year of college.
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA; annual verification.
• Must live on designated community floor as assigned.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Available to work ~20 hours per week; evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training as required.
• Greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls; determine needs and present the community and apartment homes.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork; pass third party shops and become Cardinal Way of Leasing certified.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits; keep tour path clean for positive first impressions.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude with staff, residents, and vendors; help with community events.
• Assist with other projects and Cardinal U training as required; on-call responsibilities.
