Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) at our Bowling Green, KY community. You will support leasing activities, greet prospective residents, handle front desk tasks, and learn Cardinal Way of Leasing fundamentals through required training.

This role requires a current student enrolled in a degree program, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a GPA of at least 2.5. You must live on-site on the designated community floor and be available about 20 hours per

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university with at least 6 credits.
• Must have completed at least one year of college courses.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; probation or release possible for lower GPA.
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community.
• Must live on the designated community floor as assigned by Community Manager.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be available to work ~20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training as required.
• Greet prospective clients, answer calls, present the community and homes, and close the sale.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork; maintain accurate documentation.
• Pass third-party leasing shops and become Cardinal Way of Leasing certified.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects; comply with policies.
• On-call responsibilities and occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
