Job summary

Responsibilities include front desk tasks, presenting the community, processing applications, and maintaining lease files. You must be enrolled in a degree program, available ~20 hours/week, and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with minimum 6 credits.
• Minimum 1 year completed at the enrolled college/university.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA; GPA verified annually.
• Must be a current or future leaseholder and live on designated floor.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs; valid driver’s license.
• Available to work ~20 hours per week, evenings and weekends.
• Able to embody Cardinal Culture and Core Values daily.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and satisfaction.
• Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training.
• Present property and leasing options professionally.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Pass third party shops and Cardinal Way of Leasing certification.
• Maintain lease files and participate in audits.
• Assist with community events and other projects.
• On-call responsibilities; evenings and weekends.
