Cardinal Group seeks a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) in Miami to deliver exceptional resident service and support occupancy goals. The role covers front desk duties, leasing activities, paperwork, and event support within a dynamic community.

Qualified candidates are high school graduates enrolled in a degree program, with at least one year of college completed and a 2.5 GPA minimum. This position requires evening/weekend availability and on-site work at the property.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Minimum 1 year completed at the enrolled college or university.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA; GPA reviewed annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to residents.
• Perform front desk administrative tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospects, answer calls, present the community and apartments, and close leases.
• Maintain lease files, complete paperwork, and pass Cardinal leasing certifications.
• Assist with community events and various projects as directed.
• Work evenings and weekends; on-call responsibilities.
