Qualifications

• Assist leasing efforts by conducting tours and responding to leads.
• Support rent applications and renewals processing.
• Monitor occupancy goals and resident retention.
• Oversee rent collection and posting.
• Assist with financial reporting for Community Manager.
• Lead the team in CM absence.
