Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years property management experience preferred.
• Six months as an assistant community manager preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; CALP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Manage rent collection, payment posting, and delinquency follow-up.
• Support Community Manager in daily operations and financial reporting.
• Lead by example and help maintain a positive team environment.
• Respond to resident concerns with professionalism and empathy.
