You will participate in training, handle front desk tasks, and support events across a resident-focused community. The internship requires a high school diploma, current enrollment in a degree program, and eligibility to work ~20 hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum 6 credits.
• Must have completed at least one year of college/university.
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA (verified annually).
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community.
• Must live on the designated community floor as assigned.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Available to work ~20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to residents and prospects.
• Perform administrative front desk duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training.
• Showcase community features, present homes, and close leases.
• Complete lease applications and maintain lease files.
• Pass Cardinal Way of Leasing certification and audits.
• Keep tour paths clean for a positive first impression.
• Maintain a professional attitude with staff and residents.
• Assist with community events and projects as needed.
• Support Cardinal U training and on-call responsibilities.
