Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to support resident services and leasing activities at our community in Texas. You will deliver top-notch customer service, greet prospects, and assist with leasing workflows, events, and daily office tasks.

The role requires about 20 hours weekly, some evenings and weekends, with on-call duties. Training includes CWoL and Cardinal U, and incumbents may qualify for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college with at least 6 credit hours.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5; GPA verified annually.
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community.
• Must live on designated community floor as assigned by Community Manager.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Available ~20 hours per week, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospects and present the community and apartments.
• Process lease applications and maintain lease file documentation.
• Complete Cardinal U training and pass third-party leasing shops.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
• On-call nights and weekend coverage.
