The Senior Manager, Leasing is responsible for leading the Centralized Leasing Center to maximize portfolio availability, occupancy, and revenue. This leader drives performance, strategy, and execution within a fast-paced, dynamic inside sales environment, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. A core function is the strategic alignment and management of multiple teams, leveraging technology and consultative sales coaching to optimize the customer experience and conversion rates.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range:$79,700.00 -$133,400.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
