Job summary

Community Teamwork in Lowell, MA is seeking a Housing Representative for the Leased Housing program. The role involves providing information, screening eligibility, and managing a client caseload with regulatory compliance.

The position requires strong organization, data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, plus excellent communication and customer service abilities. Travel to the Salem extension office up to 2 days per month may be required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with computers and data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage on-going projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in math, Microsoft Office or similar technology.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
• Effective customer service, interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to the Salem, MA extension office up to 2 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by telephone, email or in person to provide information about services or to address concerns.
• Screen client inquiries for eligibility.
• Handle changes such as re-certifications/lease-ups and income adjustments.
• Maintain client caseload and documentation in compliance with program regulations.
• Explain program requirements, regulations and procedures to applicants, participants and owners.
• Uphold the values of CTI – Equity, Integrity, Compassion.

Education

HS Diploma or Equivalent Education
