Job summary

Community Teamwork in Lowell, MA is seeking a Lead Leased Housing Program Representative. The role supports the Housing Choice Voucher program by guiding participants and providers, ensuring eligibility, and managing subsidies with accuracy.

You will maintain participant caseloads, document workflows, and comply with HUD and CTI policies while delivering professional, compassionate service to the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• 2-4 years previous related experience; ability to organize details with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage ongoing projects.
• Ability to collect and analyze financial and other data per guidelines.
• Proficiency in math and Microsoft Office or similar tech.
• Sensitivity to needs of diverse, low income populations; able to handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Leased Housing Program Representatives.
• Assist with program orientation and ongoing compliance training.
• Monitor quality assurance and compliance with the Compliance Manager.
• Participate in supervision meetings with program staff.
• Assist participants and providers with procedures for recertifications, relocations, rent adjustments, and income changes.
• Educate participants and providers on responsibilities and regulations to avoid violations.
• Explain program requirements and procedures to participants and providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies for each Leased Housing program.
• Maintain tenant files and program documentation; enter data to databases on deadlines.
• Monitor compliance and follow up on program violations.
• Process participant terminations for non-compliance.
• Uphold CTI values of Equity, Integrity, Compassion.
