Job summary

Community Teamwork in Lowell, MA is seeking a Lead Leased Housing Program Representative to support Housing Choice Voucher participants and housing providers, manage eligibility, and supervise program representatives.

You will maintain participant caseloads, ensure compliance with HUD and CTI policies, and enter data into the program database, including recertifications, relocations, and annual adjustments. CTI values equity, integrity, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Leased Housing Program Representatives.
• Assist with program orientation and ongoing compliance training.
• Monitor quality assurance and compliance with the Compliance Manager.
• Manage participant and provider inquiries on eligibility and program rules.
• Maintain participant files and enter data into program database within deadlines.
