Job summary

Community Teamwork Inc. is hiring a Lead Leased Housing Program Representative in Lowell, MA to support the Housing Choice Voucher program and providers. You will manage a participant caseload, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide knowledgeable services to the community.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills, with experience in housing programs and fair housing laws. A 4‑week PTO plan plus comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and accuracy in handling details.
• Ability to collect and analyze financial and other data per guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Leased Housing Program Representatives.
• Assist with program orientation and ongoing compliance training.
• Monitor quality assurance and compliance with manager.
• Participate in supervision meetings with Program Reps and Program Director.
• Assist participants and housing providers with procedures for maintaining participation.
• Educate on program requirements and fair housing obligations.
• Explain program regulations to participants and providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Leased Housing program regulations and policies.
• Maintain comprehensive participant files and documentation.
• Enter data into the program database to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and follow up on program violations.
• Initiate and process participant terminations for non-compliance.
