Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will engage prospects, tour model apartments, process leases, maintain accurate records, and support maintenance and resident relations.

Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documents.
• Tour model apartments and coordinate maintenance with staff.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing records; follow up with prospects.
• Provide clerical support to management and process invoices.
