Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a leasing consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.

This role requires excellent customer service, the ability to qualify prospects, maintain records, and work with the maintenance team on move‑ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in sales or residential leasing preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Yardi Voyager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and complete weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with move-in/out coordination with maintenance.
