Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Murrieta, CA seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a 322-unit lease-up community, lead a property team, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.

You will supervise staff, handle leasing processes, analyze financials, coordinate maintenance, and uphold company standards on safety and service. California-specific Lease File Checklist applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant property management experience with leasing, budgeting, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meets revenue targets by setting rents, collecting fees, and reviewing financial reports.
• Approves vendor invoices and manages communication between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Controls expenditures within approved budgets and manages petty cash balance.
• Oversees lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to inform leasing strategies and occupancy goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by responding to issues and ensuring maintenance standards.
• Conducts property inspections and ensures safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Supervises staff: hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Maintains client/owner relations with updates and requested information.
