Qualifications

• 2+ years leasing experience required.
• Lease up experience required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit screening, and move-in.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate fix items with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies for concessions and programs.
