Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee an apartment community, develop and monitor budgets, set rents, and ensure timely collection of fees. You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and manage owner communications to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 4–6 years of industry experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Entrata or Yardi. You will enforce leases, review invoices, and analyze market trends to implement leasing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides input into development of budgets by analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Sets rent rates, ensures collection, deposits and monthly financial status reviews.
• Approves vendor invoices and manages communication between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Controls expenditures within approved budget and manages petty cash balance.
• Oversees lease enforcement, processes applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions.
• Analyzes market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conducts property inspections and ensures safety and appearance standards.
• Supervises staff, hires, orients, trains, and manages performance.
