Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Bend to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and resident experience. You will manage supplier contracts, maintenance, reporting, and marketing to maximize resident satisfaction and property performance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, and leadership of staff. Knowledge of Salesforce and Yardi Voyager is preferred; real estate licensure may be location dependent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2–3 years of experience in property management required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, and full lifecycle activities including lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Maintain property P&L and marketing in line with company standards.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates to align with a shared vision and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office on maintenance and landlord rules.
