Avenue5 Residential is seeking a leasing consultant in Arlington to coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals, and resident relations. You will qualify prospects, tour properties, and maintain lease documentation while delivering excellent service to residents and clients.

The role emphasizes teamwork with maintenance and property staff, ensuring occupancy targets and a high-quality living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, generate traffic, and book tours.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and activity.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Provide clerical support including calls, filing, and processing invoices.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and timely maintenance coordination.
• Follow company policies and health and safety rules.
