Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining detailed records.

Responsibilities include leasing, processing paperwork, coordinating with maintenance, and following up with prospects to schedule tours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Promote a quality living experience and deliver excellent customer service to residents.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease docs.
• Manage move-in paperwork and renewal processes, and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity in the system and follow up with prospects.
• Schedule tours by converting phone inquiries into appointments with prospective residents.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance to ensure units are ready and safe.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention and support management with clerical tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety rules.
