Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily property operations, lead a property team, and drive financial performance. You will manage budgets, supervise staff, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience is required and fee management is preferred.
• Proven supervisory skills to hire, lead, direct, and evaluate team members.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Yardi/OneSite software.
• Being financially savvy; experience in creating/adhering to budgets and fiscal reporting.
• Excellent communication skills: read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate as part of a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage daily operations of the property to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee maintenance repairs.
• Oversee the lease enforcement process including applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships with updates and reporting on performance.
