Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community, leading the onsite team to meet budgets and occupancy goals.

You will set rent strategies, monitor collections, review financials, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Strong communication and leadership are essential for resident satisfaction and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, team, and resources to meet financial and operational goals.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, post fees, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices, ensure insurance certificates, code charges, and coordinate with vendors, accounting, and owners.
