Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a multi-family property, lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, lease enforcement, and coordinating marketing to meet occupancy targets while maintaining high resident satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Set rent rates, collect rent, post payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, renewals, inspections, and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests in a timely manner.
