Job summary

Greystar is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multi-family community, drive budget performance, and lead onsite teams to deliver excellent resident experiences. You will manage leasing, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate maintenance, and partner with ownership to maximize occupancy and revenue while upholding Greystar's standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, rent collection, vendor oversight, inspections, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience managing day-to-day operations, leasing, and team coordination.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of independent leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget development and financial performance for the property.
• Manage leasing processes, applicant screening, renewals, and rent collection.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Lead onsite staff, coordinate maintenance, and supervise vendors and contractors.
• Analyze market trends to optimize occupancy and revenue strategies.
