Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Property Manager for a Boston-area property. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead on-site staff, manage budgets, leasing, and maintenance, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience managing day-to-day apartment operations, budgeting, and staff coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and review marketing and occupancy data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting fees, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and move-outs.
