Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a stabilized 300-unit property, ensuring financial and occupancy targets are met. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and foster resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership, and solid communication skills, with experience in budgeting and leasing. This on-site role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management experience managing a 300-unit community.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned property and team to hit budgeted goals.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and occupancy management.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Enforce leases, conduct inspections, and manage notice requirements.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure maintenance standards, safety, and amenity quality.
