Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate in Frisco, TX is seeking a Community Manager to lead property teams, drive leasing and revenue, and ensure operations align with company policies and laws governing multi-family housing.

You will oversee hiring/training, budget forecasting, vendor management, and market analysis to optimize performance, visibility, and resident satisfaction across communities; candidates should have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in multi-family settings.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Supervisor experience: 1-3 years in property management.
• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage team and perform employee evaluations; hire, orient, train new hires.
• Meet revenue goals via leasing strategies and market improvements.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Analyze market trends and adapt leasing tools and processes.
• Lease enforcement, inspections, evictions, and collections as needed.
• Client/owner updates and contractor/vendor management.
• Oversee safety, maintenance standards, and service requests.
• Address customer complaints and maintain resident satisfaction.
