RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead property operations, lease processes, and team performance at a multifamily community. You will drive revenue, oversee maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience in multifamily housing, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor/management experience.
• Multi-Family Property Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the property team; hire, orient and develop staff.
• Meet revenue goals by implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Model budgets, forecast, analyze profitability, and manage financial records.
• Oversee property operations, safety, and vendor management.
• Conduct property tours and updates with clients/owners; manage leases and enforcement actions.
