Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily property in the Dallas area. You will lead the onsite team, manage leasing and revenue strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities include staff hiring and evaluations, budget forecasting, invoicing, and maintaining property standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills, with an emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor Experience: 1 - 3 Years Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage team and perform employee evaluations.
• Meet targeted revenue goals by increasing sales and implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis; complete financial records and reports.
• Lease enforcement and property compliance; conduct property tours and provide updates to clients.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal; manage contractor and vendor relationships.
