Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on lease renewals, drive collections, and ensure satisfaction with products. You will build customer relationships over the phone and in person to bring them closer to ownership.

This role requires strong communication, high energy, and multitasking abilities. It includes local travel, a dynamic store environment, and opportunities for incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive schedule 8 am–9 pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone or home visits.
• Explain benefits of timely lease renewals to customers.
• Assist Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly, monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Prepare and review weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
