Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in Florida. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to drive payments and lease renewals, aiming to keep customers satisfied with the product.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to handle difficult conversations. The pay ranges from $14.00 to $14.50 per hour and incentive pay is offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• Able to explain things clearly and handle difficult conversations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in store systems.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in home visits.
• Encourage timely lease renewals and explain benefits.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Load and secure products in company vehicles and conduct safety checks.
• Assist the Sales Team and perform duties as requested.
