Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor who will coach customers on lease renewals and payments, building relationships via phone and in-person interactions to move customers toward ownership. The role includes managing accounts, driving renewal activity, and supporting the sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The position pays $13.25–$14.00 per hour and is eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work varied hours (8 am–9 pm) and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store computer system
• Direct contact with customers to discuss lease renewals and payments
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewals to customers
• Assist with revenue and renewal goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Support merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and store operations as directed
• Load and secure products in company vehicle and ensure safe operation
• Assist the Sales Team as needed
• Perform other duties as requested by management
