Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Decatur, Texas. You will coach customers to drive payments and lease renewals, building relationships via phone and in-person contact to move customers toward ownership.

This role emphasizes strong communication and service orientation in a fast-paced retail environment. The position offers an hourly rate of $12.75–$13.50 plus potential incentive pay based on performance, with eligibility for Aaron’s total rewards and benefits as described in the

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in home visits and over the phone
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
• Safely operate company vehicle
• Assist the Sales Team as needed
• Any reasonable duties requested by management
