• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases by phone and in person
• Sell on-time renewal benefits to customers
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
• Safely operate the store vehicle for deliveries if required
• Support the Sales Team as needed
• Perform any reasonable duties requested by management
