Job summary

Aaron's Huntsville location is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on lease renewals and payment collections. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership, ensuring satisfaction with Aaron's products.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to reach daily revenue and renewal targets while upholding brand standards and delivering excellent service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store system and schedule payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits or phone.
• Promote timely lease renewals and explain benefits to customers.
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Collaborate with Sales Team as needed and uphold company standards.
