Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Arkansas. You will coach customers, drive payments and lease renewals, and build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership of their merchandise.

This role offers an hourly pay range of $13.25–$14.00, eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, and benefits such as PTO, health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US locations; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with MVR; DOT certification if required.
• Able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm and lift up to 50 lbs (up to 300 lbs with help).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
