Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in Haines City, FL. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to drive lease renewals and payments while ensuring customer satisfaction with the product.

Role emphasizes empathy, active listening, and strong communication as you support revenue targets and assist with store operations and deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with ability to multitask and meet goals.
• DOT certification requirements may apply in US states.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store computer system.
• Contact customers with upcoming lease renewals in person or by phone.
• Explain benefits of timely lease payments and renewals.
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal targets.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
