Aaron's is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in Jacksonville, FL to build relationships with customers over the phone and in person, driving lease renewals and timely payments.

The role involves coaching customers, meeting revenue goals, and supporting the Sales Team, with pay between $14.00 and $14.75 per hour plus incentive pay. Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills are essential to uphold the Aaron’s brand.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating customer information and documenting payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, via in-home visits and phone calls.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain vehicle-related tasks and ensure safety of product loading.
