Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customers.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases.
• Counsel customers on timely renewal payments.
• Document promises and update customer information in store computer system.
• Perform wheel and tire installations, balance wheels, check fit, rotate tires, and repair tires per procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
• Safely operate company vehicle and equipment.
• Maintain updated customer information.
