Job summary

Aaron's Sales and Lease Grand Junction is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in a full-time role to support the Customer Accounts Department with lease renewal activity. You will engage directly with customers who have not renewed leases and educate them on the benefits of timely payments.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. Duties include updating customer information, performing wheel/tire services when needed, and ensuring safety

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customers for lease renewals.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements.
• Counsel customers on benefits of timely renewal payments.
• Document promises and update customer information in the system.
• Perform wheel and tire services as needed and directed by management.
• Safely operate company vehicle and follow DOT/compliance requirements.
