Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and payments in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers for lease renewals, in home visits and by phone.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments to meet revenue goals.
• Assist Customer Account Manager in daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal targets.
• Support sales team and handle duties as directed by management.
