Job summary

Aarons is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers toward ownership by managing accounts, renewing leases, and collecting payments. You will build relationships over the phone and in person, ensuring satisfaction with the product and services.

The role emphasizes high energy, strong communication, and the ability to drive revenue and renewal goals while supporting the sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 21+ with valid drivers license; DOT as required.
• Ability to work 8am9pm and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customers accounts and update information in store system.
• Direct contact with customers for lease renewals and payments.
• Sell benefits of timely lease payments and renewals.
• Assist Customer Account Manager in daily revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in Quality Assurance Center for items returned.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management.
