Job summary

Valiant Residential seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, retention, and occupancy at our Oklahoma City community. You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packets, record visits, process applications, and coordinate with the Community Manager to maintain market-ready units.

The role requires strong English communication, customer service experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Knowledge of Yardi and MS Office is a plus; bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Proactive in greeting prospects and handling inquiries.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify potential tenants.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards and reports.
• Inspect models and notify Community Manager of needs.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
