Job summary

George’s Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to implement, coordinate, and facilitate company-wide training at assigned locations.

You will maintain the training programs for plant locations, production roles, and technical roles, and be accountable for the Training Compliance Dashboard. The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and reporting skills, with experience in learning management systems and video editing tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create reports.
• Experience with tools used for trainings and video editing preferred.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish or English/Marshallese.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and facilitate training programs in required languages.
• Maintain a site-specific learning and development calendar.
• Distribute weekly training reports to Production Supervisors & Area Managers.
• Distribute bi-weekly training reports to Plant Wide Management on Training Compliance.
• Review and enter Training Records in George’s Learning Management System.
• Assist in improving training effectiveness, sustainment and ROI.
• Answer day-to-day questions regarding required trainings.
