Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a High School Diploma / GED with 4+ years in training admin, coordination, scheduling, enrollment, logistics, or related support role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules, instructor assignments, classroom scheduling, and facilities usage.
• Manage student enrollment activities, registrations, withdrawals, and training system administration.
• Handle participant logistics including lodging, transportation, catering, site access and requirements.
• Serve as point of contact for learners from enrollment through course completion.
• Maintain training records, surveys, certificates, and related documentation.
