Job summary

George's Inc. in Batesville, AR is seeking a Training Coordinator to assist in implementing and coordinating company-wide training programs across locations, ensuring compliance with the Training Compliance Dashboard.

You will maintain site calendars, deliver weekly and bi-weekly reports to supervisors and management, and review training records in the Learning Management System while supporting continuous improvement of training programs and ROI.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma; Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: Can use Canva, Audacity, Articulate 360, Vyond, Wondershare, Vimeo; bilingual English/Spanish or English/Marshallese; Bachelor’s in Communications, Human Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating training programs in required languages.
• Maintain a site-specific learning and development calendar.
• Distribute weekly training reports to Production Supervisors & Area Managers.
• Distribute bi-weekly training reports to Plant Wide Management on Training Compliance.
• Review and enter Training Records for assigned location in George’s Learning Management System.
• Support continuous improvement of training by assessing effectiveness, sustainment and ROI.
• Answer day-to-day questions regarding required trainings.
