Job summary

Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical in Florida seeks a highly organized Training Coordinator to support employee development across multiple locations. This role coordinates training programs, maintains records, supports onboarding, and collaborates with leadership to ensure teams have the knowledge and resources to succeed.

Regular travel between company locations is required. You will manage in-person and virtual sessions, track progress in the LMS, prepare reports on participation

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience facilitating meetings or presenting to groups.
• Experience coordinating training, HR programs, or learning & development is preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS or training software is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Maintain training records and LMS documentation.
• Partner with Training Manager to develop, implement, and improve training programs.
• Coordinate onboarding training for new employees.
• Ensure training completion and documentation.
• Communicate schedules, updates, and expectations to staff and leadership.
• Monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports on training participation, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistics including materials, spaces, technology, and travel.
