Job summary

Accenture’s Learning Technology practice helps organizations design, implement, and sustain modern learning ecosystems, from LMS/LXP platforms to AI-enabled experiences. We partner with clients to move from strategy to go-live, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.

The Manager-level role leads delivery, develops junior talent, and drives projects across globally distributed teams, including travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges and translate them into learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices for LMS/LXP platforms.
• Develop and grow the LMS project pipeline with leadership input.
• Review LMS designs and provide authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration.
